The ľƵ constructed a new 33,815-square-foot BMW dealership for Yark Automotive Group in Sylvania Township.  This included a new showroom, sales department, offices, service area, parts mezzanine, car wash and a parking lot. The finished facility is unique, one half is a conventional steel, all glass showroom, while the other half is a Varco-Pruden pre-engineered steel building for the service area. The showroom required underground ductwork—a rarity in the construction industry—to accommodate BMW’s desire for the highest ceilings possible.

Construction began in fall 2016 which meant work continued throughout winter months. In order to complete the facility on time, the team had to work efficiently and schedule strategically. Yark BMW opened its doors in the spring and hosted a grand opening celebration at the end of March 2017.

ľƵ Libbe Inc. self-performed sitework, concrete, masonry, and carpentry and GEM Inc. self-performed the installation of the building’s mechanicalٱ𳾲.
